Original Set Made in Korea. Digital Perm Rods that are included in the package cannot be exchanged for other sizes. If you wish, you are able to add-on additional rods too.

2 Types of Digital Perm Rods Available for Add-ons:
1. Normal Digital Rods (Length 9cm): 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm, 30mm
2. Long Digital Rods (Length 13cm): 18mm, 20mm, 22mm, 25mm
Warranty + Repairs
We do provide warranty for 1 year for all machines brought from Hairy Supply. In the case where the machine is faulty or need replacement of parts, please contact us and we will be able to assist you.
Shipping
1. Our preferred delivery partner for Air Courier are Fedex and DHL. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
2. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
3. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based/volumetric weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page or checkout page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
4. If you are ordering in bulk, we are able to arrange for sea shipment as well. For more enquiries, do contact us via email.
Damaged/Defected Item Policy
All our products are checked and tested in our warehouse before shipment. If you do face any issues do contact us immediately within 7 days.
